The Global Talent Dependant Visa allows family members to join a main applicant who holds a Global Talent visa. Dependants are not required to have an endorsement themselves but must meet relationship and documentation requirements.
Who Can Apply as a Dependant
You may apply if you are the Global Talent visa holder’s:
- Spouse or civil partner
- Unmarried partner
- Child under 18
- Child over 18 (if already dependent)
Key Requirements
Dependants must demonstrate:
- A genuine family relationship
- A valid Global Talent visa held by the main applicant
- Ability to support themselves during their stay
- Clear link between the dependant and main applicant’s status
