Permanent Residence – Federal Government Programs

At Mubeen Migration, we help skilled applicants prepare Canada PR cases through the Express Entry system, which manages FSWP, FSTP, and CEC. We focus on the right program match, correct documents (language tests, education checks, work history), and a consistent profile—because creating a profile doesn’t guarantee an invitation; candidates are ranked using the CRS and invited in rounds.

Program & Eligibility Check
We confirm whether you fit FSWP, FSTP, or CEC, and what evidence each route needs.
CRS & Profile Planning
Guidance to build a strong, accurate Express Entry profile and understand how CRS ranking works.
Document Checklist & Evidence Setup
Step-by-step checklist for language tests, education credential assessment (where needed), work proof, and funds documents.
Submission-Ready File Review
We check for consistency across history, dates, and documents to reduce errors and avoid refusals for incorrect or missing information.

Visa Process

At Mubeen Migration, our culture is shaped by core values that guide everything we do.

Choose the correct Express Entry program: FSWP / FSTP / CEC.
Prepare required documents (language results, education details, work history proof).
Build and submit your Express Entry profile (pool entry does not guarantee an ITA).
Understand ranking and invitations through CRS and invitation rounds.
For FSWP/FSTP, prepare proof of funds (CEC doesn’t require it).
Keep every detail consistent—IRCC warns false or missing information can lead to refusal and a ban.
What is Express Entry?
It’s IRCC’s online system to manage PR applications for FSWP, FSTP, and CEC.
Does creating a profile guarantee PR?
No. You can only apply after receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA), and invitations depend on ranking and rounds.
What is CRS?
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is the points system used to score and rank candidates in the pool.
Do I need a job offer?
It depends. CEC doesn’t require a job offer; FSWP doesn’t require one but you can get points for it; FSTP requires a job offer (at least 1 year) or a certificate of qualification.
Who needs proof of funds?
IRCC requires proof of funds for FSWP and FSTP (not required for CEC).
What happens if details don’t match or info is missing?
IRCC states misrepresentation can lead to refusal and a 5-year ban.
